We assemble the various parts of multipart caps full automatically on more than 20 assembly machines.
Most of these assembly machines have control equipment such as sensors, light barriers, camera systems, hydraulic pressure tests etc. With this control equipment a 100% testing is possible for a leak test, correct and complete assembly, perfect stamping etc.
